Contact form
The general contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message so KrispyKP can read and respond to your enquiry.
Tournament signup
The tournament form collects the selected event, player and in-game names, nationality, timezone, contact email or Discord username, and any optional notes. It is used for registration, event administration, scheduling and participant updates.
Formspree processing
Both forms are submitted through Formspree, a third-party form processor. Formspree receives the submitted fields and delivers them to KrispyKP. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for the enquiry or event.
How long submissions are kept
Submissions are kept only while they are reasonably needed to answer the message, administer the relevant tournament, resolve follow-up issues, or maintain necessary records. No fixed deletion timetable is promised. Formspree may also retain information under its own service terms and policies.
Media and browser storage
Twitch and YouTube media can connect your browser to those services when their players are loaded. The Home page asks before loading Twitch. The Music custom-selection tools and tournament spoiler preference use local browser storage on your device; that information is not submitted through the site forms.
Questions or requests
To ask what was submitted, request a correction, or ask for deletion where the information is still held, email contact@krispykp.com with enough detail to identify the submission. Identity may need to be checked before information is disclosed or changed.
